The problem
Seedcraft Oil's existing site had been built in-house without a clear content structure or search foundation. The brand needed an elegant, minimalistic, premium-feeling redesign that could properly represent its six-oil product line (Black Mustard, Groundnut, Sesame, Sunflower, Coconut and Almond), while keeping the color palette its customers already recognized.
Scope delivered
- A real, separate-page site architecture: home, extraction process, protection/packaging story, brand story, an oils catalogue, six individual product pages, a how-to-use guide and a contact page with a working enquiry form.
- Integration of real product photography for all six oils, replacing placeholder illustrations, including dedicated lifestyle photography for the extraction and packaging story pages.
- A clean URL structure (for example
/oilsinstead of/oils.html), with forced redirects from the old file-based URLs so no link or bookmark broke. - A complete SEO and AI-search foundation:
robots.txt,sitemap.xml, anllms.txtfile, Open Graph and Twitter Card metadata on every page, JSON-LD structured data (Organization sitewide and Product schema per oil), and canonical tags across the site.
Technical approach
Built as a static, dependency-free HTML/CSS/JavaScript site for fast load times and simple hosting, deployed on Netlify with the client's existing custom domain connected. No page-builder bloat, no unnecessary frameworks, just clean markup that loads fast and is easy for both search engines and AI systems to read.
Where things stand
The rebuilt site is live at seedcraftoil.com with the full SEO and AI-search layer in place. Seedcraft Oil is a Phase 1, informational-only build; ecommerce is a planned Phase 2.
