The problem
NC Electrix is a licensed electrician business covering a long list of distinct services, from routine residential and commercial electrical work to EV charging, surge protection, panel upgrades, and 24/7 emergency calls, across Raleigh and several nearby Triangle-area towns. The site needed to make that full range of services easy to find, establish trust for a business people call about their home's wiring, and make it effortless to call, message, or book an appointment on the spot.
Scope delivered
- A full WordPress and Elementor website design and build, structured around Home, Areas We Serve, Services, About, Reviews, and Contact.
- Individual service pages covering the full list NC Electrix offers: EV charging, surge protection, wiring and remodeling, electrical troubleshooting, lighting upgrades, electrical panel work, service upgrades, swimming pool and hot tub wiring, generators, audio and home theater wiring, and security cameras.
- A dedicated Areas We Serve section covering Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Wendell, Angier, Cary, Apex, and Holly Springs, so each service area is represented clearly.
- A persistent header bar with click-to-call, email, and service-area messaging, plus a contact form with a service-type dropdown so leads arrive pre-sorted by what they actually need.
- Google Search Console and Analytics set up through Site Kit, so NC Electrix can track traffic and search performance going forward.
Technical approach
Built on WordPress with Elementor, so the NC Electrix team can update service details, service areas, and photos themselves without needing a developer for routine changes.
