The problem

Kabo Grill is a food counter in Vile Parle East, Mumbai, founded by French pastry chef Manya Gautam and popular with a Gen Z crowd. It served loaded Korean coin waffle bowls (the Kabo), cookie fries, savories and jar desserts, but its presence online was an Instagram account and a Google Business Profile. There was no website of its own, so nothing for Google to index and no clear source of truth for AI assistants to quote when someone asks what Kabo Grill serves, what it costs, or where it is.

The brief was specific: one page, read-only with no online ordering, a look that felt new-age enough for its audience, and a build focused on search and AI discovery from day one.

Scope delivered

  • A single-page website covering the founder story, a "What is a Kabo?" explainer for the Mexican, Oriental and Jain variants, the full menu with prices and toppings, a cookie fries feature, an FAQ, and a Find Us section with address, opening hours, directions, and links to Instagram and Google reviews.
  • A visual identity taken directly from the client's own food cart (sage green, forest green, mustard, tomato red and cream), built around the client's original photography, optimized to WebP.
  • Structured data in JSON-LD covering the restaurant, its menu, opening hours and map link, the founder, the website itself, and a 14-question FAQPage, plus speakable markup for voice and answer engines.
  • An AI-search foundation: llms.txt and a fuller llms-full.txt with the menu as tables and the FAQ, and a robots.txt that explicitly allows search and AI crawlers.
  • A technical SEO foundation: sitemap.xml with image entries, canonical tags, hreflang for English (India), Open Graph and Twitter Card metadata, favicons, a web manifest, and a custom 404 page.
  • Server configuration for HTTPS-only access with www redirects, compression, caching and security headers.
  • Domain purchase and connection on Hostinger, then Google Search Console verification, sitemap submission, and an indexing request for the homepage on launch.
  • The Klyvora Media LLC credit in the footer, linking back to this site.

Technical approach

Built as a static, dependency-free HTML/CSS/JavaScript page for fast load times and simple hosting, deployed on Hostinger. No page-builder bloat and no unnecessary frameworks, just clean, semantic markup with the menu, hours and address stated in plain text and in structured data, so search engines and AI systems read the same facts a visitor sees.

Where things stand

The site is live at thekabogrill.com with the full SEO and AI-search layer in place, alongside the client's real branding and photography throughout.
