Klyvora Media LLC does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates, or placement in AI-generated search results. SEO and AI Search Optimization work builds a sound technical and content foundation; it does not come with outcome guarantees.
Ownership and handover
Ownership and handover terms for a specific project are stated in that project's agreement. Once agreed project fees are paid, client-owned content and agreed deliverables are provided according to that agreement. Third-party software, plugins and licenses remain subject to their own terms.
